The AED training is a half-day training in which the participants learn how to act during resuscitation, including the use of the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). An AED is a portable device that can restore the heart rhythm in the event of a cardiac arrest. In half a day your employees will be prepared in a professional environment to be able to use an AED in practice. The training can be tailor-made and offered both at our training center and at another location of your choice.
Content:
During the course, you will learn how to use the AED and what to do in case of heart failure or cardiac arrest. The following is also treated:
- Wreanimating with an AED;
- Technology AED;
- Application of the AED.
Class times:
This training can take place at different times, including in the evenings.
Language:
The training is given in Dutch or English as standard. On request, the training for groups can be organized in a different language. It is possible to hire an interpreter via STC-KNRM.
Admission Requirements:
A specific prior education is not required.
Particulars:
Both the theory and the practical part are concluded with a test.
